1. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist, who greeted me. I explained the message from the app. The receptionist then checked in. They gave me room 212, and I went to my room alone (perhaps this hotel has self-check-in, no handover of rooms in good condition). In the app, I requested a refrigerator and bathtub, but room 212 on the second floor didn't have one (the 212 lock was broken, and the room couldn't be locked from the inside either). I went downstairs and grumbled (I was already tired from going up and down. Luckily, I'm a backpacker, just imagine dragging my suitcase). I was given a new room, 221 on the second floor. The bathtub was dirty and chipped (as in the photo). The carpet in the room was dirty, and the towels were new but smelled musty. I asked to be moved, but they told me the rooms were full and the hotel had been renovated, so please update the shower (the prices for shower and bathtub rooms are different in the app).
2. Outside the reception: the cleaning staff, technicians, and security were friendly.
3. The hotel is located close to food stalls, with lots of food near Plaza Balikpapan.
So maybe I will reconsider if I come here to stay overnight, hopefully it will be better and more advanced. Thank You.
