For a family vacation, staying 2 nights. Comfortable place, strategic location, but the bathroom was not clean enough, the soap ran out, the room cleaners did not work properly, even though they had asked the receptionist to clean the room but they did not do it.

It was very satisfying and enjoyable to stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly, comfortable, and affordable. I recommend staying again if I ever visit Yogyakarta.

The room was comfortable, clean, tidy, and fragrant. There were minor issues, such as a clogged soap dispenser and a weak AC, but the hotel staff were quick and responsive in addressing the concerns. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist and restaurant staff, housekeeping, and security. Excellent service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Everything is good except the breakfast, lack of variety.

The sheets are dirty. Looks like they haven't been washed. The towels are yellow. The location is ok.
