All the staff were friendly. We were allowed to check in early. The only problem was that the toilet sink was very hard and difficult to open. Great location.

got a spacious room, highway view + balcony, cold AC, spacious bed, but brackish water. for the receptionist was very friendly, but only 1 waiter in the restaurant was friendly. the rest were sullen as if they hadn't been paid, the gong was when foreign guests arrived, they were very friendly, asked what they wanted for breakfast, where they wanted to sit, how they were today, said good morning 🤣🤣, thought local guests didn't pay, even though they planned to give a tip, better not to.

The location is very strategic. The room is quite spacious and clean. You can request a hair dryer. There's a swimming pool and a restaurant. There's an elevator. There's a balcony. The air conditioning works quite well. The only downside is the water has a slight odor. Overall, it's very good.

The room is very spacious but the layout is not good with the spacious room. The materials used are good but the installation method is very bad. In the bathroom, water pools because the installation method of the floor is not at an angle.

The hotel is located in the Sanur area, with plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with affordable prices. The amenities are complete (TV, AC, complimentary coffee and tea), and the bathrooms are equipped with a water heater, towels, and free shampoo. The only downside is that the TV is spotty, but if you're busy sightseeing, it probably won't be necessary. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and affordable.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. On the first day, i requested housekeeping, but the room wasn’t cleaned even by the time i returned at night. The room itself is spacious and nice, but there are a few issues. The floor often feels damp, and the bathroom blower doesn’t really help dry the room, so it stays wet even until the next day after showering. As for the breakfast, the options are quite limited. I tried the fried noodles yesterday, and they were too salty. Hopefully this can be improved.

I stayed in room 207. The room was spacious, but the floor felt sticky. The Wi-Fi available in the room could not connect, and the TV also needed repair because the picture was not clear.

Great location, close to the beach and eateries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hair dryer and iron are not available in the room, but will be delivered to the room if needed. Breakfast is also good, I stayed in room 407. In terms of price it is also cheap.
