I can give this suggestion to the hotel owner. Suggestion: Change the room paint or the lights shouldn't be too yellow! Change the paint to white so the atmosphere doesn't look dim.

Very disappointed because the booked room was not available when checked in, replaced with a cheaper room with the same price as the room booked in the application, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ACCOMMODATION,, the officer is not responsible for the room reservation that has been booked and paid in full. The cellphone network is also E or even lost, there is no network at all, it's like renting a room in the forest without a signal,, just make it an experience for the accommodation.
