The hotel is clean and comfortable, but the security guard is completely unresponsive. When parking the car, he didn't help with any instructions, even though he didn't serve anyone. There was no bellboy. I had difficulty carrying a lot of luggage without assistance. When checking out, the security guard/hotel employee was also unresponsive to help carry my luggage. I got a room with a view of the front wall, a corner room, haha, I wanted to ask to be moved, it's a shame that a 4-star hotel has such unresponsive service. There needs to be a briefing and education for the security guards and employees to be more responsive to their surroundings, especially regarding service.
