airport pick up took a long time, when checking out we still had to wait more than 30 minutes for airport drop off, even though the distance between the hotel and the airport is about 3km.

This hotel is really close to the airport. I suggest if you book the room, please request the room as you wish, such as a no connecting door room, twin bed room, and if you need Wi-Fi, please request a lower floor and a room with strong Wi-Fi.
