My go-to hotel every time I visit Sukabumi. It's strategically located in the city center, yet offers a comfortable, tranquil, and beautiful resort setting. The amenities are comprehensive, including spacious, clean grand deluxe rooms with terraces and gardens. The swimming pool is quite large, and there's even a children's pool. Perfect!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay process.

Judging from the furniture in the room, it looked quite old. The room was actually still clean, but a strong sewage smell from the bathroom permeated the room. The spring bed was starting to feel hard, causing my back to ache a bit. The location is excellent, close to Bu Nut porridge and cafes. There's an Alfamart next door.

Comfortable hotel with affordable price.

My first time in Sukabumi and staying here. At first I thought it would be a bit spooky because it's an old building. It turns out the place is that nice and spooky, there's a large swimming pool and a mini outdoor playground that makes the kids feel at home. The atmosphere is cool, and it rained a few times when I stayed last night. But it's okay, it makes my sleep even more sound. The location is close to various foods reviewed by food vloggers in the capital. God willing, next time if I have the fortune, I will stay here again 😍

The hotel is comfortable for children, the air is cool and fresh

The room is not very clean, it looks like the mop was carelessly mopped and it is sticky but slippery, even my child fell, the furniture is already damaged and not taken care of, the cleanliness of the room needs to be maintained, especially, there is a lot of cat droppings outside. The staff is okay, but the maintenance is lacking, even though the place is spacious and nice.

Overall it's nice and cool, but the building needs updating.

I stayed in room 2104 from November 4-6, 2025. The staff was friendly, I liked the garden atmosphere with lots of plants, parking was close to the room, and there's an Indomaret in front of the hotel. However, this hotel is indeed an old-fashioned hotel. The room wasn't perfectly clean. There were still many details that could be improved, such as gecko droppings on the walls. The interior was old-fashioned. The mattress and pillows looked shabby even though they had just been replaced. The mattress felt wired, the walls were cracked and dirty. The floor looked clean but was sticky, like it had a lot of grease on it from my feet. The TV wasn't important to me. The bathroom was clean, the shower was strong and hot enough. The toilet and sink were clean, but the sink cabinet was a bit dirty. The Wi-Fi was quite stable and helped me with my work. The reception and restaurant were also old-fashioned, but still comfortable. If I may suggest, modernization should be made to keep up with the times to attract more guests.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean, very suitable for families, but unfortunately the ventilation fan in the bathroom is very noisy, so sleeping is not comfortable because there are people chatting and laughing outside the room until 3 am.

The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, cool, and fresh, the food is delicious, but if possible, the cleanliness could be improved, and the TV channels could be increased, but so far so good for healing :)

The chair was dirty as if it had been stepped on, the bedsheet and cover were also worn out and not clean, the worst thing was the shower was like that 🙈

This is my third stay here. Once in a superior room at the back, spacious with a balcony. Twice in a deluxe room with balloons. Overall, it's comfortable and the kids love it. I'd recommend adding dim lights to make the towels brighter. I recommend using white towels.

Thank God, I had a comfortable stay at Taman Sari Hotel, a cool atmosphere amidst Sukabumi's hot weather. The hotel's location is close to Merdeka Square and the town square, and it's also close to culinary spots.

SECURITY IS NOT GUARANTEED! Staying at Taman Sari, the motorbike mirror and cellphone holder were stolen. In the parking area instructed by hotel management, there is also no CCTV available in the parking area.

The hotel has the BEST ambiance and a VERY GREEN view right in the middle of the city! It truly feels like a little escape. However, if they could upgrade the furniture, bedsheets, renovate the bathroom and doors — then it would be perfect. The bedsheets are clean, but they're quite old — they’ve turned grey instead of white 🥲, which takes away a bit from the overall comfort. Also, it would be great if they could provide basic amenities like facial tissues in the room. Honestly, I’d be willing to pay more to stay here again if they made some furniture upgrades, refreshed the linens, and renovated the bathrooms. The potential of this place is amazing!

The ambiance is beautiful, close to everything, and cool. In front of the hotel is an Indomaret, a cafe, a porridge vendor, and a yellow rice vendor. Thank God, we're happy.

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly.
