The location is strategic, the pool and restrooms are generally clean, but unfortunately there is no soap in the restroom near the pool. The kids' corner is poorly maintained, the food is less varied, and the taste is standard. The room is not soundproof, the telephone seems to be broken, before I finish talking it cuts off automatically. But the hot water and AC work well. The cleanliness could be improved, the furniture is not well maintained. The hospitality staff also needs to be improved. Honestly, it is far from the 4-star expectation. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The pillows smelled musty, so I complained and asked to be changed.
The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, so I ended up changing rooms.

I have stayed at the Tychi Hotel 5 times, but yesterday was the last time I got a noisy room, there was some activity, I don't know if it was being repaired or what.
