Room facilities lack maintenance

There are lots of insects in the bathroom, which is quite uncomfortable. The room is okay, and the Wi-Fi is intermittent.

It is very obvious that the hotel is not well maintained, so that even the non-smoking rooms are only smoking rooms, the hotel facilities need major improvements, the staff are very friendly and helpful even though they seem powerless in handling protests regarding the condition of the hotel

The cleanliness and comfort of the room should be taken into consideration. It was very stuffy and damp.

lots of cat feces and cat urine smell inside the hotel area. not to mention the smelly bathroom. the wall paint is starting to get moldy and peeling

The TV can be used to open YouTube, Netflix, etc. Sometimes there are dogs on the front road. In the bathroom, the sink is a bit broken, the shower bolts are not tight enough so they fall off, but there is hot water so it's a big plus for the price range of 170-200k/night. The room is standard with 2 twin beds. Unfortunately, you can't check in early, you have to wait until 2 o'clock :") Even though the application has the benefit of early check in and check out up to 2 hours ☺

The room is disgusting, dirty and smells of cigarette smoke even though I asked for a smoking-free room, the cupboard is rotten and bitten by termites. Not good at all.

It was so sad staying here, I wanted to cry. The toilet was full, clogged, the room was stuffy, smelly. The staff was friendly and wanted to clean it, but it was still ticklish. The location is very strategic.

The room was very smelly, the sheets were very dirty, the bathroom was very very smelly, like the smell of urine. 🥹 This is the first time I've been really disappointed. But the staff is friendly, maybe in the future the room facilities can be improved 🙏

Hopefully it can be fixed in the future, the sofa in the lobby is very dirty and smelly

Quite strategic, the city area is not too far from everywhere, parking is good, no flooding

It's comfortable to live here, not far from the city, everything is close and easy to reach.

Overall it's comfortable and nice, but in terms of cleanliness it needs to be improved, the walls have lots of scribbles or lipstick marks, there are no amenities and toiletries, the blanket is also very thin, but for that price it's really worth it

The hotel location is okay, easy to find. However, the first impression when entering the room was the smell of cigarettes mixed with the smell of a damp room. The floor was dirty, dusty, like it hadn't been swept. Luckily there were sandals from the previous hotel. The mattress was damp. Finally spent 2 nights sleeping with a dry towel underneath, so it didn't feel damp. The pillows were also brown. The AC wasn't that cold. The AC remote was broken, so I couldn't adjust the AC temperature. From the beginning of my arrival, I was informed that all the towels were being laundered, so they were only available the next day. Even then, they were picked up at the reception, not sent to the room. The towels were indeed from the laundry, because they were quite fragrant. It's just that the towels were white and gray. The bathroom, not recommended. Dirty. Not brushed. The toilet was also not brushed. Very different from the photo. The bathroom hole was not closed & very dirty. There was a used towel hanging that wasn't taken. So I'm even more convinced that it wasn't checked & cleaned. The price may be cheap, but the standard of cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, brushing the bathroom & closing the hole, should be done. For water, it's okay, big water and hot water. There is a TV, local channels. Maybe it should be improved again for the basic cleanliness standards. For that price, amenities are only limited to towels if requested, air conditioning only, it's okay as long as the cleanliness is maintained, the toilet is brushed. Thank you 🙏🏼

There are cockroaches in the bathroom, towels are given if you ask the receptionist first, it needs renovation though
