Just once and you know you're staying at this hotel.

Big room. Clean, food is also ok. But maybe need maintenance. Tap water smells rusty. Also hot water shower is not working. But the atmosphere is calm. Close access to restaurants. Near mini market too.

The hotel and service are good. The room and bed are big and spacious. There is a swimming pool. Close to tourist attractions in the Batu area. Input for wifi signal to be strengthened.

When we arrived, we were greeted well and friendly by the staff even though it was midnight. But when we entered we were greeted by cockroaches that scared the children and the bathroom had a problem with the flush toilet, it was almost clogged and we had to use a bucket to flush the dirt. The mattress or pillow had an unpleasant odor even though it had been sprayed with fragrance. The water heater worked even though we had to wait about 5 minutes and the water that came out was getting smaller and smaller. The electric door almost had an error but the staff was quick to fix it. For breakfast, it was not bad, it was quite good, just not warm. Hopefully in the future we can improve the quality and service.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and its damaged facilities should be repaired.

The service is quite good. But unfortunately the breakfast menu is not like other hotels. The rest is okay.

Wifi is not clear. Phone does not work. Hot water does not work.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean 👍, but it doesn't smell good.

Coincidentally, when I went there, it was the 1st day before Ramadhan, so it was empty of guests. It's nice to have a front room with direct swimming pool access. However, because it's quiet, it's a bit like a hotel that big but only a few guests 😊, but overall it's okay.

Diberi kunci kamar nomor 511, saat buka kamar ternyata sudah ada orang yang nempatin 🙃. 2. Selimut berdebu, kayak kamar lama gak ditempatin. Bikin bersin-bersin terus. 3. Tidak ada air hangat, sudah telp resepsionis katanya tunggu 5menit nanti akan menyala air panasnya. Tapi nyatanyaa enggak tuh. 4. Saluran air mampet jadi sempat menggenang air di kamar mandi. 5. Air/salurannya berbau. 6. Cukup bising, banyak motor lewat tengah malam dan bising sekali. 7. Liftnya gak bisa dipakai. 8. Kolam renangnya kurang bersih.

1. Di traveloka menginfokan dapat kulkas namun kenyataan tidak ada, saya ambil yang junior suite. 2. Telp kamar rusak sehingga kalau butuh apa-apa harus turun ke CS. 3. Makanan (buah-buah) kurang bersih terdapat lalat kecil, makanan kurang enak. 4. Kolam renang anak kurang bersih.

Biasa saja, menu sarapan juga tidak banyak variasi, kurang adanya taman, playground tidak ada, pelayan, satpam, semua ramah dan sangat membantu.

Hotelnya lumayan, makanannya variasi cuma agak kurang sedep, kamarnya lumayan, disediakan sajadah + Al Quran (👍), AC tidak ada, kamar mandinya pengap jadi kalo pintunya ke buka baunya sampai tempat tidur jadi kurang nyaman. Playground tidak ada info nya ad renovasi. Sayang banget. Padahal ajak anak biar bisa main-main di dalam hotel saja. Cuma ada kolam renang. Overall lumayan lah. Buat liburan anak. Makasih aplikasi.

Its fun, the junior suite room is a bit old but relaxing. The food is kind of weird.
