The hotel is so bad, I can't even say anything else.

The location was EXCELLENT for our CFD needs. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were due for a change (too small and no longer white). The bathroom could be improved by removing the limescale from the shower faucet and washing the curtain. The AC was leaking and the light above the bathroom mirror in room 307 wasn't working. Ms. Renzi (?) at Reception was VERY friendly and provided enthusiastic service. Thank you also to the other friends who made a surprise birthday party in the room.

The room is a premium boarding house standard, comfortable enough to stay in because it is close to the work location.

The room is dirty, the bathroom too. Asked the staff to clean the bathroom but they didn't come, the bed sheets are also worn out. Hopefully there will be improvements from the management.
