The first impression upon entering the room was that it was clean and tidy. The interior was cute and very Instagrammable. The amenities were quite complete, including a hairdryer and a small refrigerator. There's no air conditioning, but the room was quite cool thanks to the pine trees and fresh air in front of the room. The windows can also be opened for fresh air. The oxtail soup and kampung fried rice are definitely worth trying; highly recommended. The service was excellent and friendly. It's a shame I forgot to take photos of the cute restaurant area. Oh, and the breakfast was also complete and delicious. I'll definitely come back if I ever visit Bandung again :)

Hot water for bathing is not hot

I have stayed at Sandalwood several times and in my opinion they are the best hotel in Lembang.

The room is very spacious, clean, the furniture is a bit old but well maintained. The key is still manual. This place is suitable for healing or those who need a calm atmosphere. Breakfast is standard, but the taste is so-so. It's a bit difficult to find food here, especially at night, there are no restaurants nearby, so we had dinner. At the restaurant, the menu is limited, the taste is so-so

Easy access to the location, lots of pine trees, lots of photo spots, attractive hotel decor, delicious breakfast, lots of choices.

This place is my wishlist since the cov19 era and finally we've made it!! As expected, the room is very comfortable with 2 big beds plus a sofa, dining table, and a place to just chill on the floor, very suitable for us who brought 2 little ones. When we entered, everything was fragrant, clean, and tidy. As a suggestion, maybe a place could be provided to just dry towels or dry swimsuits because we were confused about where to hang the wet ones. In addition, maybe the supply of coffee/tea/sugar in the room could be rechecked along with the spoons. Apart from that, everything is okay.
