The room was very dirty, the floors and walls were not maintained, the bathroom was quite clean. The bed sheets, pillows and mattresses were very shabby as if they had never been replaced. The hallway is dark (lights out).

Bad review for the hotel. Like it's never been cleaned. Even though the hotel is located near the city center. The toilet is really big, lots of cockroaches. The bedroom has lots of insects and fleas. Bed sheets and pillowcases are less hygienic. Hopefully this will be input. The most disappointing facility is the toilet😖

The mattress can be vacuumed. Changed rooms 2 times when the body was full. And found mites in the mattress. I understand at that price. But yes, the cleanliness of the mattress should be noted. The trauma of staying there.

It's good that I happened to find one with a bathtub. I've been here twice, but the second time I didn't use a bathtub, it's okay because it's not difficult to move rooms.

There were bed bugs on the mattress, when we moved rooms, there was a water leak dripping from the ceiling of the room.

Friendly staff. When I entered the hotel room, the atmosphere was that I didn't like the dirty bedroom, it really smelled of cigarettes, the sheets and blankets looked like they hadn't been replaced, aka someone's marks. Kimpes empes empes pillows. Towels like white rags turned brown, the toilet was clogged, toothbrush toothpaste soap was not provided and so on. I wanted to leave but I had already paid through the application. Finally I had the courage to ask for a new bed cover from RCP, it was delivered to my room, it looked clear that it had just been washed, it smelled good, I made it into a sleeping mat. The good thing is that the employees are friendly, the hot water shower is great, the location is strategic.

I really regret it, I just checked in, then I went to find something to eat, when I came back suddenly there was a key stuck in our door. This was found out trying to break into our room when we went out. I asked why the key was stuck, the hotel said they wanted to get the previous guest's belongings left behind while all our belongings were inside. If they wanted to enter our room, they should have waited for us to arrive. When the door was successfully broken down, I immediately checked out. Not safe, not recommended.

There are lots of small cockroaches in the room, the towels look like old stock and the color has faded.
