The staff is friendly and helpful, but unfortunately there is a lot of trash in the hallway of the apartment.

It's cheap, and I think the room facilities are quite good, this is the second time we've stayed at this apartment.

1. Toilet bidet, flush, and hot water were broken. 2. Bed bugs were infested, making me itchy. 3. Dirty floor. 4. Requested a pillow and blanket, but when I asked again, they weren't brought right away. The pillow and blanket hadn't arrived until check-out.

If the room were cleaned and the sheets changed, it might be more comfortable and nice, as it tends to be a bit dirty. The bathroom faucet leaks and only produces a small amount of hot water 🙁 There are no towels or toiletries. It's fine for just sleeping. For those bringing children, I suggest choosing a unit with a kitchenette.

Close to the education center, so it's convenient to just walk if you want to see your child.

The bathroom turned out to be really small, the sheets didn't seem to have been changed, it was really dirty.

The room was not as pictured. I immediately moved hotels.

Dirty sheets, tattered sofa cushions, damaged wood on the kitchen set, no bathroom lock, no welcome drink, no soap. Fix the room's interior first before renting it out. I was really disappointed staying there; it wasn't comfortable. We paid for our stay, but it felt like we were in a makeshift shelter. 😓

If the cleanliness is a bit lacking, it needs to be improved, right?

In the apartment there are cockroaches and the lights are dim and there is only one plug for all, which is not very supportive.

Honestly, the staff and service are really good, but the room facilities are not so good. I booked a 2-bedroom room, but one of the rooms had no lights or air conditioning. It wasn't very clean and the elevator was also complicated to access.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the unit is very unclean and lack of maintenance. Need some improvements of the unit (cleanliness, proper active utilities)

The picture of the apartment room is different from the original.

The room is not maintained. Stains and damp smell everywhere. The sofa bed even has wet marks. It smells and itches when you sleep on the mattress. The sheets look like they haven't been changed/washed, they're not very clean, there are still dirty marks on the sheets. The bathroom can't be locked, the lights are not bright enough, amenities are not provided but when you ask for towels and sheets, the staff gives them. Never again.
