The hotel's rooms and service are good, and the rooms are even nicer than in the photos. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant is poor. I don't know if booking a room affects the service at breakfast, or if those who pay and order additional breakfast receive different service. We waited almost an hour, and we were even passed several times just for drinks. If that's the case, I highly recommend not taking the additional breakfast option when booking a standard room. If you have a busy schedule, it's a huge waste of time. I hope there are improvements and upgrades, as this hotel is very comfortable, with a family-friendly feel.

The service was very bad, my car tire was flat, the air was completely gone, I thought it was a leak, but after checking the tire patch, it wasn't leaking at all, when I asked for CCTV footage, the hotel refused to provide information even though there was CCTV in the parking lot right above my car, the reason was that the hotel management didn't know where it was, it was very disappointing and not recommended.

The hotel is extremely strategic on the main road. The ambience is traditional with antique furniture. The bedroom is quite spacey. The aircon runs well. The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness since there are dirty spots on the blanket. My biggest concern is the bathroom. It doesn’t have warm water.

It's comfortable, friendly, and has a vintage vibe.

The pillows are too thin and the room is not soundproof, you can hear sounds from outside.

This is enough for transit in Purwokerto, the room is quite comfortable, only there is no hot water

Comfortable like grandma's house, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious.

At that price, it's worth it.

Making and posting Qibla markers doesn't make you, the hotel's employees or management, lose your faith! 😀

A few drawbacks in room 19: - The shower head isn't very strong. - There's no hook in the bathroom to hang it on. - The sink faucet is too close, so the water spray isn't centered.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel security is also very helpful.

Strategic location Nice room, happened to stay in the Opal type with terrace

the new building extension is beautifully design, cleanliness could be improved

the hotel consisted of 3 main buildings, the main compound, opal rooms and 1 building at the back. I booked the deluxe room, located at the main compound. the building itself has a thick Dutch influence. They have refurbished the room well, while maintaining most of the original design. changed the wood panel door and windows, but the rest is still original. The room is super spacious even for 3 people. the only minor drawback was the manual water heater that was hard to maintain the temperature that I want. The next day, I upgraded to Opal rooms (building on the side) because it looked so neat, newly built and had the Mediterranean look. the room is not as spacious as the deluxe room, but the bathroom and amenities were definitely an upgrade, the interior too. The towel is a bit thin but hey, for the price, everything else was top notch, not to mention the helpful hotel personnel. Me and my family slept well in both rooms and satisfied with them. The location was superb, walking distance to legendary bread kiosk, both ATM and a cafe within the hotel complex (their food was good!). Nestled on the side of a main road but the noise level was minimal and you could walk or order ride share easily. Very recommended.

Overall, it's actually okay, but I'm the type who has to be really careful about cleanliness, so dust and some details will be visible to me, so I need to be more thorough in cleaning the room, sheets and bathroom ✌️ Oh yeah, there needs to be a Qibla direction marker in the room.
