I would like to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my personal items left in my hotel room after I checked out. I contacted the hotel, hoping for assistance and a thorough inspection, but the only response I received was that the items were "not found."
As a guest, I am naturally disappointed because I truly believe the items were left in the hotel room. I expect the hotel to have a clear, professional, and reliable lost and found procedure to ensure guest comfort and trust.
What further disappoints me is the lack of certainty and empathy in handling this report. I hope management will seriously review the matter with housekeeping and the relevant parties who handled the room after I checked out.
I am not only looking for my items, but also expect the hotel to be responsible and professional in handling guest complaints.
