This was my first time staying here after being recommended by Uncle Eddy (Oro-oro Dowo), who knows the owner of this hotel. It's an old hotel, I've known about it for a long time, and a friend has also worked there for quite a while. There's a delicious and busy satay stall next to the hotel, and the legendary Avia shop is in front of the hotel. It looks like it's been recently renovated, and it looks very clean and comfortable. Maybe the taste and variety of food could be improved, because in my opinion it's lacking. The facilities could be improved, like the wall stickers are peeling off, the room is not soundproof enough, the bathroom mat could be replaced with a new one, meaning it's not torn and still in use.

First time staying here. Got a twin room + breakfast for 420 thousand during high season. Extra bed is 120 thousand/person + breakfast Children aged 10 years old get additional breakfast 50% of the normal price. It's quite cheap especially since the hotel is in the city center. The room is quite clean, but if you move the bed frame, there's a lot of hidden trash. The bathroom is also clean.

Suggestion: Make a "No Smoking" sign so that no one smokes in front of other people's rooms, the cigarette smoke will enter the room.

The bathroom water is so dirty that it's black, I feel disgusted when I want to take a shower and the toilet flush is broken, not clean, not recommended! Disappointed even though it used to be very clean.

Too bad it's a bit unkempt, poor maintenance, keycard errors, you have to go back and forth to ask the staff to open it, the variety of food and taste is just like that.
