The hotel staff is friendly and the location is strategic. But honestly, it's really dark at night, so the front lights in the room are turned off. It just so happens that we booked a trip to Bromo. It's not soundproof at all, but it's worth it if you're just in transit.

old hotel, but still maintains cleanliness & tidiness, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, smooth water, cold AC, There are only a few notes to be better in serving customers: 1. for beverage facilities, it is better to replace them with bottled drinking water, not with a kettle that already contains water and glasses, because it makes customers hesitate to drink, doubt the hygiene & cleanliness of the water & glasses 2. for the mat in front of the bathroom to be replaced with a cleaner one & can absorb water, because after coming out of the bathroom, instead of dry and clean feet, they are dirty & leave black marks on the soles of the feet 3. maybe more power outlets/plugs can be added so that customers can easily charge their cellphones, because in the room there is only 1 and it is shared with the TV & setup box, maybe these 3 things can be improved, overall the others are quite good, thank you

Majapahit class hotel with exorbitant price. Facilities are too dull for the price offered.

The quality of the room that you get for a price of 200 thousand and above is really expensive (no wifi, no towels/mineral water/toothbrush/toothpaste, no TV) Also, the room is not soundproof, people taking a shower/chatting can be heard in our room. So it's really disturbing 😟.

The location is far from public facilities, the rooms do not have air conditioning/fans. There was no hot water, no tissues, towels, brushes and toothpaste, the lights were not bright.

I am a backpacker traveler. I often stay at several inns, including in Malang. And Tosari Hotel is the WORST inn I have experienced. And I regret booking here through the app. This is my review: 1. This is not a hotel. But an inn/homestay because the facilities are not as good as a hotel, even a budget hotel. 2. The reality of the room and the condition of the hotel are not the same as those shown on Traveloka. Small room. Simple foam mattress. 3. Minimal lighting. The lobby is dim, the room is also dim. Unlike the one in the photo on Traveloka which is very bright. 4. EXPENSIVE. I paid more than 300 thousand only to get a small room for around 100 thousand. 5. At that price, we were not given towels, no bottled mineral water, and no toothbrushes and mini toothpaste. 6. Narrow bed. Small bed frame. For 1 slim adult body only. Poor thing to be a fat guest, it clearly won't fit. 7. The sheets don't smell good, the pillows are dirty, there is no wifi. 8. Drinking water is given in a plastic jug and the water tastes strange, like raw. 9. Because the lighting is dim, the hotel atmosphere is tense. Especially at night. 10. Noisy. The voices of other guests can be heard clearly from our room. The staff is indifferent, indifferent when there are guests who are noisy and disturb other guests' rest. There is no control over the guests. The hotel is very quiet. No wonder there are few guests because the facilities are really BAD and the conditions do not match the ones in the app photos. I was fooled. Hopefully this will be a reference for other friends who read my review.

Not so disappointing, the experience of staying here, the service is ok, only the facilities are lacking. In the description of 2 beds but got 1 bed, got to the room, it was pretty clean, the room wasn't too big, the air conditioner was cold, the bathroom was ok, there was hot water, but why isn't the drinking water in mineral bottles, why don't you give it to Porong, right? I want to drink here, so I don't think so. Then the hotel wasn't too crowded, even though after going around the city of Malang, many were already full

Kamar bau, lampu malam mati semua seperti rumah kosong, seperti bukan hotel. Harga bersaing dengan hostel lainya. Air minum saja tidak ada. Handuk kotor. Pokoknya cukup deh.

Di informasinya ada WiFi tapi setelah sampe sana gak ada trus handuk gak ada sabun gak ada.
