I stayed at the Rumput Resort Hotel in the Kalanjana room with my family, a total of six people, with an extra bed. This room is indeed quite spacious and comfortable for four to five people, with a spacious layout that doesn't feel cramped. Pros: • Spacious room, suitable for families or small groups. • Room cleanliness is quite well-maintained, with clean floors and neat beds. • Beautiful resort atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. However, there are a few important notes: • Hotel slippers aren't provided, even though the floor is cold and slippery at night. I've stayed in other rooms and received slippers. • There's only one bathroom, which is slippery and leaky. • There's no hot water in the bathroom, making morning showers quite uncomfortable, especially for children or the elderly. • The bathroom leaks, with water seeping onto the floor, which is very annoying, especially when using the bathroom because it constantly pools. Overall, although the room space is comfortable and suitable for families, the bathroom facilities still need a lot of improvement to maximize the experience of staying. It would be better if the management could immediately improve the plumbing system and consider adding facilities such as hot water and slippers.
