Every time I go on duty to Pontianak, I don't forget to stay at Harris, thank you.

Back again at Harris Pontianak. Stayed here several times over the years starting from 2014. seems like there is a new owner or management as i do not see the Tauzia name anywhere now. I love the new gym. it's perfect. I would say Harris continues as a no frills hotel that is value for your money on the whole.

Very Disappointed! The hotel service was very slow, and the staff were not helpful at all. We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarettes. No menu book was available for room service , only a QR code that showed nothing when scanned. When we had items delivered from outside, the reception didn’t assist at all. They just said, “It’s usually downstairs,” without confirming with security. We had to check everything ourselves. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back here again.

Clean rooms, friendly, professional staff. Highly recommended for a 4-star hotel in Ponti.

Strategic location, clean and quiet rooms.

More than half an hour late for check in even though I had waited from half past 2 until almost 3 o'clock to enter the room, the breakfast food was still a bit lacking in taste but the other staff were friendly

The room is clean, the room is also spacious, the bathroom is also clean, the staff are friendly, the best thing about staying at HARRIS is that they provide pillows and bolsters.

Nice ambiance and near to street food

This time I stayed, everything was good, the towels were new, the room was nice.

Late check out is only until 1 pm…

When we checked in, there was only one towel. When we got there at 2 pm, we were told to wait 45 minutes. After we got to the room, we called twice, and no towel was given until the evening.

everything is good, only breakfast is not very good for a 4 star class.

In the middle of the night, the AC in the bathroom suddenly came on, and it was very annoying. When I was sleeping, the heat woke me up, the room was not soundproof, and I could hear the sound of a noisy motorbike.

The location is close to everywhere.. the room is also quite spacious and okay.

Clean and comfortable rooms. One of the best choices for staying here.

There's only one towel provided, even though there should be at least two. We have two rooms, each only has one towel.
