Very Disappointed!
The hotel service was very slow, and the staff were not helpful at all.
We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like cigarettes. No menu book was available for room service , only a QR code that showed nothing when scanned.
When we had items delivered from outside, the reception didn’t assist at all. They just said, “It’s usually downstairs,” without confirming with security. We had to check everything ourselves.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back here again.
