The hotel staff was very friendly.. but unfortunately there was a slight problem because the water heater wasn't working.. I called them 3 times and they didn't pay any attention.. They fixed it the next day.. maybe the service could be improved..

Recommended hotel... Very close to the beach

This is my second stay here. The room is spacious and the bed is big enough for a family, very comfortable. The AC is very cold, and the TV channels are good, great. Eating places and a minimarket are just steps away. And what I really like is that it's very close to the beach, just a short walk across. The only downsides are the poor Wi-Fi access. On the second day (a 2-night stay), the room wasn't cleaned, nor were the coffee, tea, and drinking water supplies. There were no new towels (hopefully this will be improved in the future). Awesome, comfortable, close to the beach, delicious breakfast complete with dessert, friendly service, AC, shower, hot water all work well, the TV is a bit blurry but awesome.

The hotel is clean because the staff is quick to clean up trash, etc. Security is responsive and helpful with parking. The food is varied and tastes decent. The AC in the room is cool, the TV is good, but the Wi-Fi is very slow and difficult to connect, perhaps because it's the holiday season. It's close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk across, making it easy to get back and forth to the hotel. There's a small swimming pool for children. It's close to the Pangandaran exit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The first time I stayed here, the receptionist was very friendly, masya Allah hehe in my opinion, biidznillah, I've tried several hotels but this hotel has a very good receptionist, standard room, bathroom without mirror, the cupboard I got was one without a door, but the hotel area is clean, the food is standard for that price,,

the location is near the entrance and exit of Pangandaran, near the beach and the sunset spot is quite strategic. the downside is the shower water is not hot overall for that price, it is quite close to the beach

Strategic location right in front of Pangandaran beach, amazing room, cold AC, decent Wi-Fi, only TV picture is not good, and most importantly the price is comfortable in the pocket. God willing, if I go to Pangandaran again, I will stay at Grand Mutiara.
