The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and aesthetic, the food is also delicious. The only downside is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste.

You can check in early even though it is not the specified check-in time, and it is also easy to extend your stay.

Lokasi strategis, dekat Indomaret dan Alfamart, dekat tempat makan, banyak kafe-kafe kekinian di sekitar, akses ke pusat kota dekat dan lancar. Kemarin ambil kamar Triple, kamarnya luas, bersih, AC dingin, air panas berfungsi baik, ada lift juga. Sarapan enak, ragamnya sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Staff-nya baik banget, ramah dan sangat membantu. Check in jam 1, sudah bisa langsung masuk kamar. Oiya, kamar tanpa teko pemanas tapi di setiap lantai disediakan dispenser untuk refill air panas maupun dingin, unlimited. Istanaku makin mantap 👍 yang udah pernah nginap dulu-dulu harus coba lagi Istanaku reoprning 😇.

Jujur ini salah satu hotel yang aesthetic banget, aku suka tempatnya adem, bagus apa lagi kalau lagi sendiri ini ruang untuk hibernasi dan evaluasi diri yang baik dri hiruk piruk kerjan. Fall in love banget

I happened to order this for my father. Every time Lolak wants to go back to Surabaya, he always stays there first for transit, then the next day he flies to Surabaya.

The place is nice and clean, close to places to eat and have coffee and Indomaret.

The hotel is very cozy and clean, strategic location especially those who want to hunt by walking just walk.
