Previously I had stayed in May 2025, then I stayed again on October 11, 2025. Even though I had booked through the app and had given a note that I wanted a room on the upper floor and a non-smoking area. Then when I arrived at the hotel to check in, there were no non-smoking rooms upstairs, there were smoking rooms. There I was disappointed because I had given a note except I didn't write a note, okay, finally upgraded to a deluxe room on the upper floor. Well, after upgrading the room once I entered the room, the bathroom was dirty and smelled really bad, disappointed again the second time. Okay, finally moved rooms again, eh the toothpaste looked like it had been opened, the intention of having fun actually made me bad mood. Yes, the experience sometimes makes me reluctant to stay again, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room especially like me who is against smoking rooms or smoking areas🙏

I've called the receptionist once, but they haven't picked up. I've had to call several times. It's probably because it's already very late. When they do pick up, they're quick to ask for help. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The lack of a bed cover is a bit uncomfortable because it looks shabby, and there's still hair in the corners of the mattress, which I haven't paid much attention to. The towels don't smell good. The room was okay, but the traffic noise from the street was quite disturbing. The lobby had no air conditioning. The breakfast menu wasn't recommended, and on the second day, it was unexpectedly delivered to the room without being requested. The bathroom soap was a bar soaked in water. There was no shampoo.
