The place is comfortable… quiet, clean. I'll definitely stay here again on my next vacation.

I love this place so much. Very good staff and very friendly, really helpful. The pool is big enough and also great breakfast.

for the price is very friendly with the facilities obtained. without breakfast or other food but free mineral water, coffee and tea, and we can cook there, because the cooking utensils are provided quite complete (but there is 1 teplon that is not clean enough to wash because there are still leftover boiled noodles that have dried). the atmosphere there is very calm and quiet. I think it is suitable for children because it is private. but the bed has traces of hair that fell out a few strands. there is a bathtub too and the hot water works well. I stayed for 1 night, it felt pleasant there is not enough just 1 night (even though it was raining). because we really enjoyed staying there. the staff who handled us from check in check out were friendly. the location is close to minimarkets and other culinary, making it easy for us to find food outside. BUT when checking out I was a bit surprised because we had to pay 50k because there was a spray that had a very small food stain (because my child did not intentionally dirty it). It's a bit expensive for the 50k charge with very little stains, and the staff didn't tell us beforehand that if there were stains we would be charged more. Other than that, everything was okay. Maybe later if I have more luck, I'll stay there again🙏

What we liked (+) The swimming pool was clean and quite large The spa therapist was okay What we didn't like (-) The kitchen area was dirty, the dishwashing sponge hadn't been replaced, the mini-fridge door was rusty, and there was dust everywhere. Even the bathtub faucet was rusty. We tolerated everything on the first night, but on the second night, when we returned, the smell of carrion was very strong, and there was no solution. They only provided insect repellent, freshener, and mothballs around the pool area. But the smell persisted, so we couldn't eat in the kitchen area and couldn't swim because of the smell. On the third night, the smell of carrion was still there, and they said it was from outside the villa, which isn't your problem; they should find a solution to get rid of the smell and make us comfortable. It culminated on the fourth day with heavy rain, which resulted in a leaking and flooding of the bathroom, and the bedroom was also flooded. Since the second night, we've been asking to be moved, but we weren't given a move. Only after the room flooded did we get moved. But it didn't stop there. In the villa we moved to, the hot water tap wasn't working and was off, so there was no hot water at all. There was no TV in the kitchen area. And the stench of carrion was still there. It was very disappointing and beyond our expectations after choosing this villa.

The location is in a residential area, making it perfect for those seeking a quiet, private setting. The rooms are quite nice, and the pool has clean water. The villa has enough space for cooking, so my wife even cooked her own breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing information. it really was a wonderful place for holiday. The private pool gives you a privacy and comfort.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful with the check-in process, the villa needs some maintenance, so the bathtub has a rusty water tap, the floor is slippery, the swimming pool is dirty and smells too much of chlorine, there are ants everywhere, there are small cockroaches, lots of mosquitoes, and the towels have dried black stains.

The villa's rooms are okay but the kitchen, cooking utensils, bathtub, refrigerator, walls are all not clean and dull and the pool water is so cloudy that the intention to swim is abandoned after seeing the cloudy water. The location to the city etc. must take 25 minutes or more, the parking space can only accommodate 3-4 cars (that's breakfast brought by yourself not from the villa)

At first, I was just having fun, but after I got to know the place, I really liked it. The service from all the staff was friendly and always smiling. There was no additional charge for a honeymoon. Every corner of the room, toilet, pool, and kitchen were really clean and well-maintained. The facilities were complete with amenities. The atmosphere was very peaceful, not noisy. I will definitely come back to Villa Buana again, thank you for the service 🥹💐

The place is comfortable, clean, nice, private, just far from the road, because it is in a complex. The service is friendly, but at the beginning I was served poorly, such as the request for a certificate of my stay was not given, although in the end it was kindly given by another officer. Then I was not given breakfast, even though I ordered one that included breakfast. However, the officer who ended up apologizing to me, because I should have been able to eat.

Villa is big. It needs painting and little more maintenance. Fridge was smelling bad. It is also rusted.

The service staff is amazing, thank you Sis for being very helpful from late check out and even helping me store my bag until I arrived, not only friendly and the facilities are good, highly recommended.
