The staff are all friendly, the food for dinner and breakfast is all delicious, the rooms are clean.

Had a nice birthday staycation at Pesona Alam Resort. From the moment we arrived, the security was very helpful. The room was clean with complete amenities. The facilities were very kid-friendly, although it was raining, so we weren't satisfied playing in the outdoor area. Breakfast was quite good, even better if they had cappuccino, hehe. I'll be back, hopefully the check-in process won't be that long. They said they would WhatsApp us by 3pm, but it was almost 4pm and I still hadn't heard back, even though my kids were already tired and cold. But I really enjoyed my stay here <3

The environment and room were very comfortable. The bedding was clean. The room smelled great when we first entered. There was no lingering smell. Breakfast was varied. The staff were all friendly. I'd definitely stay again next time.

Have stayed here several times because I was always satisfied with the experience, but this time I feel the need to comment for improvement. - Please consider replacing the TV with at least a 42 inch one with a more diverse selection of channels. A 32 inch TV is like in a 3-star hotel - The breakfast is cold, too bad. Additional variations of warm food would be better, such as meatballs or soto for cold areas like here will perfectly satisfy guest’s stomach - The breakfast restaurant staff moves slowly… dirty plates pile up on the table and are not picked up unless called Hopefully the next visit will improve, thank you for the hospitality.

This is our umpteenth time staying here. The service is consistent, the staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Other facilities are also good, including a swimming pool and a children's play area. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Strategic location from Jakarta, comfortable hotel & facilities with beautiful views

Our stay was great. The location, the facilities the staff and the living conditions were excellent. lovely place. Management may want to look at the cooking facilities at Villa 18 as we were unable to cook. Even though the staff changed the cook top, we were not able to cook as the power was very low and it would not heat up to the required level. This was very disappointing as it created inconvenience and we had to find alternative methods for dinner. If we knew that this would be the case, we would not have made plans to cook at the villa. Please look into it. At the moment, the advertising that the villas offer cooking facilities is not accurate and misleading. Thank you for the opportunity to offer feedback.

Thank God I got a free room upgrade because I checked in late afternoon...there is a 300 thousand rupiah deposit that will be refunded upon check out...the staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean but the water in the sink and the water after showering takes a while to drain...the towels are clean..if I want to do ablution it's a bit of a hassle because there is no faucet on the wall, there is only a shower...the AC is cold, the breakfast choices are quite a lot and delicious..the swimming pool is not too big but you can borrow towels, there are quite a lot of TV channels, the sandals are flip flops, the amenities are complete, tissue needs to be provided in the room, the balcony is clean, the view around the hotel is good, thank you Pesona Alam..God willing, next time I will stay there again..Aamiin

The atmosphere is pleasant even though it's always raining, which is understandable since it's the end of the year. The staff are all friendly, the place is clean, the environment is cool and beautiful, it's nice and pleasant here.

The hotel staff is very friendly with the best service. The location is not far from Jakarta. The place is cool. I want to go there again.

As for the bathroom, the toilet looked worn. For breakfast, there was very little variety and the food wasn't very tasty. Even something as simple as fried rice wasn't very tasty.
