Service in the restaurant area is sluggish, with cutlery not being refilled promptly. Restaurant staff should not sit while on duty (unless the area is particularly quiet). Food should be heated on a small burner underneath, as it's served cold. The fruit pick-up area is blocked by a hole connecting the kitchen to the counter, preventing staff from waiting for something from the kitchen and those trying to get fruit from the counter from the counter.

The location is still okay, close to eateries. For the price of 600,000 Rupiah, the room is inadequate, especially the inadequate breakfast area behind the reception. Breakfast variety is limited, but fortunately, it's close to Mommee Bakery.
