Warmest greeting on room TV, simple but you not always found it at other hotels. Breakfast also good, and clean room.

The room I stayed in for 8 nights was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the water heater didn't work, which is perfect for staying in the rainy season. It rained for 8 days and the hot water didn't work. The rest of the food, breakfast and Carita restaurant were delicious although a bit pricey.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a soft king-size bed. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and prompt, and the hotel's location was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and recommended for both staycations and business trips.
