The sofa in the broken room was not replaced, the water faucet in the bathroom was broken, the bathroom floor was tilted, so the water didn't go straight to the drain, the air conditioner in the room was not cold, nor was it repaired, the elevator floor was broken.

The water heater is off, the tv remote is off, it's been replaced, it still doesn't work.

The clerk was friendly and responsive, the room air conditioner was not cold but other rooms were full, finally the room could be moved on the last night.
