I had a very bad experience during my stay. The AC remote didn’t work at all, and there was no phone in the room, which made it difficult to contact the receptionist. I had to leave the room and go all the way to the front desk just to complain. On top of that, the room had an unpleasant smell, not sure if it was coming from the toilet or somewhere else, but it made the stay very uncomfortable. Basic things like a working AC, room phone, and clean air should be standard. Very disappointing.

The place is actually nice and quite aesthetic, but it's just a bit lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom floor is very slippery and the walls are yellowing.

It's a good hotel. If it can accept pets, it would be even better.

I really like the atmosphere here, the hotel is very comfortable, maybe the bathroom near the pool could be cleaned more 😁, the staff are friendly, I will come back again 🤩 even though the hotel is very close, it is still safe if you want to gofood at night xixi

I stayed at Lotus Art Garden Hotel for 2 nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Upon check-in, we were asked to choose between a ground floor room or a room on the third floor — we chose the ground floor. Unfortunately, we found many large cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There was even a lizard in the bathroom. One of the worst moments was when a large cockroach crawled onto my friend while she was lying on the bed. The bed sheets were also stained and had mold spots. It’s such a shame because the hotel actually has great potential and a beautiful atmosphere. I truly hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness. Please take better care of this beautiful hotel. Thank you.

cool atmosphere, location in an elite housing complex, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. safe road and easy access. if you want to come here, bring food because it is far from the highway when we came here the restaurant was closed so we couldn't order food.

The area around the hotel such as the garden, swimming pool was good. But the bedroom area such as the sheets need to be cleaner. But if you want to find peace and cool air I recommend this hotel. It was good but could've been better.

Strategic location, aesthetic, very cold air and air conditioning, wifi reaches the room, clean swimming pool, quiet and calm, far from noise.

This place is suitable for a hideout , a getaway from a hectic city life , or for someone who needed a time and place to be alone . So far away from anything even a convenience store . But the place is well maintained and clean , that's a plus value .

The receptionist is very friendly, all the staff are very friendly. The room condition is quite good, only got a very damp one, looks a bit old, lots of ants. The mattress is quite good, clean, but the edges are a bit sagging maybe because visitors sit on the edge of the mattress too often. The AC works well, the lights are a bit dim.

Comfortable but cleanliness needs to be improved

The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful. The bedroom is quite spacious. Located in a quiet place, suitable for resting, the swimming pool is not clean. Under the bed is not swept. The hinges of the room door are a bit down so the door rubs the floor so when you open and close the door, the sound is not good.
