The hotel is not clean, in the room where I stayed the toilet was very smelly and dirty. The intercom telephone in my room does not work so if I need something I have to go up and down to the ground floor to meet the receptionist. Slow response by house keeping. I will not stay again at this hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Room 506 May 07 2019. Rooms are not clean. There is hair on the bed. The bathroom also has hair. There's still dust too. Blankets and sheets are also not clean, maybe not replaced. Plus the price is affordable. Comfortable and the employees please add to the ingredients even though they are friendly.

The AC is not working properly. No coolnes, a little bit hot in the room. But the room and the sheets are clean, the bathroom too. Just the AC need service I think.

The hotel staff / receptionist are less polite and less friendly and long-winded, when I want to check-in even though I have shown an email from my order number application but the rejection period said it needs application adjustments, finally making me wait a long time already badly sleepy from the airport 🙏 Hopefully more professional.
