I had a great stay at Cititel Hotel Pekanbaru! The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food tasted really good. The location is also a big plus — conveniently close to a mall and plenty of nice restaurants. If I could suggest one thing: It would be helpful if the food had labels. Since we’re not locals, we weren’t familiar with some of the dishes and would’ve appreciated knowing what each item was. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a hotel I’d return to! 🌟

The hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean, free of dust or other odors.

I left some souvenirs in the hotel's chiller. When I picked them up the next morning, the sauce had spilled all over them, seeping through the inside. The hotel should have promptly provided a plastic bag to wrap the box. But there was no solution from the hotel, even though the sauce was still smeared on the straps and I was about to catch a flight. Finally, I used a wrapping service at the airport and was charged 50,000 Rupiah per box so the souvenir boxes could fit in my luggage. When I got home, the sauce had seeped through to the inside of the box. My Meranti sponge cake souvenirs were ruined.

Overall, it's ok, just add a trash can in the room, not just in the bathroom.

Overall quite satisfying. From the check-in process with friendly staff. And because I arrived early in the morning. Finally I was given a room at 11 am and was able to check in. Thank you good people. For breakfast, the menu is quite varied and maybe the size of the restaurant can be expanded again or indeed if it has exceeded the capacity especially on weekends, maybe they can open a room like a ballroom so that it is not crowded in the restaurant. One more thing that needs to be improved is about guest requests. Because I asked for a toothbrush twice and it was not delivered to the room, I ended up buying it outside but it's okay. That's all that needs to be noticed so the service regarding guest requests needs to be underlined. Because that's a plus for Cititel Hotel. Apart from that, I like everything. Next time I will stay here again.

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the check-in process is very fast.

The hotel management is not honest, I lost my item but there is no clarity on the matter, I have to report it to management first before action can be taken.

The room is clean and comfortable. If possible, provide another trash can in the room.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast.
