I chose a superior room for two nights to attend a graduation ceremony in Dipatiukur. It's close to campus, making it easy to get around.
Unfortunately, the room was dark, smelled of cigarette smoke, was stuffy, and had mold on the walls. There was only one light, a long dressing table with no chairs, and the steps were impractical, and the floor was sticky.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I got room 108, staying only one night; we moved to another hotel the next day.
