The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the room is not clean enough. The bathroom floor is dirty, the balcony is also dirty. Even less well maintained than before. Maybe because of the discount price, the room is not as good as the one I stayed in before.

The bathroom smells of urine. Even after flushing it several times, it doesn't go away. There are lots of ants on the table near the TV. Under the bed is really dirty. The rest is pretty good.

In terms of service, hotel facilities and food are really good. But, I booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in, I was told that smoking was prohibited in the room, if I wanted to smoke, I could do it outside. But when I entered, oh my God, the cigarette smell was really strong, beating the smell of instant noodles. When I started to lie down, the pillow smelled of meat. Then, something fell under the bed. Taraaaaaaa, I left my sandals behind and my clothes weren't cleaned at all. What a shame, isn't it?? Room 725, who knows, maybe it's still there now. But this is the last time I'll be in a hotel that's dirty even though the service is good. And I will no longer recommend it to partners who often go to Jogja.

Alhamdulillah the hotel is spacious, nowadays many hotels are not spacious but the price is sky high. The swimming pool is nice. There are many people selling around, it's not too far if you want to go to Malioboro, the price is affordable, only parking requires effort. The incline is extraordinary.
