Been here for the 3rd time in 2 months! Even the security recognized our faces as soon as we got out of the car 😂. I think this hotel should start to consider a loyalty membership program for a guest like us.
Well, my family chose Hemangini specifically bcoz they like everything about this hotel. Location, checked. Room and amenities, okay. Food (breakfast), they like ‘em! We also got connecting rooms as requested and the staffs were attentive enough with my elderly aunt on the wheelchairs. Another plus point is the drinking water station on every floor so we don’t need to buy bottled water. Save money and save the earth!
During this stay, I had a bit dissatisfaction with cleanliness. Right after I entered the room, I found the bed cover/blanket was dirty. It was new, but had specks on the upper side that would be located around neck and face when I slept. I immediately contacted the reception to fix it and the good thing was they came not so long to change the linen.
Once again a nice experience with Hemangini, but after all, there’s always room for improvement. I hope the management pay more attention to little details, especially about cleanliness.
