I felt quite comfortable during my stay. It was close to my regular bus agent pool. It was also close to several locations I frequently visit. However, noise from outside or other rooms could be heard in and out. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staffs are very helpful and polite, the room is clean and spacious (stayed at family suite for 4 pax). The location is not far from the train station, hospital, toll gate Pandaan, and oleh-oleh center in Sanan. Will definitely come back here next time we visit Malang!
