My first time at Puncak Pas Resort was a truly memorable experience. It was truly comfortable, cool without air conditioning, all the food was delicious, the service and staff were friendly, and the breakfast was served with an omelette by the friendly chef. The service truly pampered me while staying at Puncak Pas Resort. All the staff at this place were very friendly and helpful, the best place in Puncak Pas. I would recommend Puncak Pas Resort for a family vacation or a different meeting atmosphere. Comfortable place, excellent service, thank you to all the staff and chef of Puncak Pas Hotel & Resort.

The old hotel furnished but well maintenance, very nice jogging track, but need to improve on the bath room and pool side cleanliness, above that their staff are so friendly and helpful, recommended for family.

My wife has asked us to stay at this hotel many times because the air is cool, especially at night, so we don't need the air conditioning. Plus, the surrounding mountain views are refreshing.

cool deluxe room like a small villa but really ok

The location is great, but the breakfast lacks variety and is not like before (the food is the same every time I stay), you have to ask for tissues to eat and they are not provided on the menu table.

Nice.. The swans are a cute pair... Are they swans or ducks? Suggestions are very varied.

The hotel service & staff are the best

The place is fun, unique, the view is really nice even though there is no AC, but the natural AC is really cool, for those who want to heal, this is the right place. The area for relaxing or the garden is really spacious, only the check-in time is quite long, it can be late from the specified time.

Overall, it's good, but I think the food menu is lacking for a pricey hotel, both in terms of variety and taste. Hopefully, it can be improved further.

The place is okay, but unfortunately the bathroom smells a bit, hopefully it can be improved in the future.

Lots of food options, restaurant open until 24.00, often foggy and cool air, clean walls and rooms like newly renovated, good TV even has Netflix and YouTube, all staff are friendly and proactive, spacious yard, amazing experience staying here 🫶

Although the hotel is old, it is still well maintained.
