The location is good because it is close to everywhere, there are Alfa and Indomaret on the right and left, unfortunately there is a hot water device but the hot water doesn't work, there are lots of mosquitoes, it's not soundproof, the sheets are also not clean so my skin itches huhu

The place is quite nice, but unfortunately there is no sink in the bathroom and the room is damp, there is no ventilation or windows.

Honestly, I was very disappointed to be fooled by the picture. I thought I would get a room in a new building, but it turned out I was given a room in an old building. The bathroom roof was holed, the room didn't smell good, the sheets and pillows smelled. Finally, I changed rooms, even worse, the AC turned off by itself, it wasn't cold and it leaked. The bathroom smelled uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows smelled. I hope they can fix it.

Today I stayed on July 13 2024, the receptionist asked to help me take training first so I know how to do it when there are guests. The blue towel has a hole in it, please replace it. This is the first time I found a holey towel. If you use water, you have to be economical. Used it 2 times to shower directly with normal water. Even though it has been economical. Ha ha ha. When I just entered the room, I almost felt like I wanted to just check out. hahahaha. That's all my experience, I won't be here twice hahahaha.

Setiap ke Samarinda selalu menginap di sini, AC dingin, kamar bersih, terakhir ini tadi menginap mau 1 minggu 🤭, karyawan juga ramah, bisa laundry antar jemput juga.

Harga murah, bersih, showernya ada air panasnya 🫶🏽.

Kemarin terlalu lama untuk bisa masuk check in sampai 2 jam. Kalau bisa jangan sampai membuat menunggu dan harus on time pukul 2 siang untuk yang lainnya, oke.

Sangat puas puas puan dan puas.

Sebenarnya tempatnya bersih, nyaman, dan lokasinya bagus, banyak makanan. Tapi saya menginap di situ seminggu, tapi tidak pernah ditawari mau membersihkan kamar. Kadang juga minta handuk, tunggu turun bolak-balik dulu baru dikasih.
