Overall it's not bad what we like most about the in-room service there are lots of snacks, drinks and fruit. If you go to Lombok, you want to stay here again.

It ' s such a good place to stay along with your beloved one. Clean, fresh AC, good hospitality from the staffs. And a small unit of refrigerator is really helping ☺.

Check-in was fast, the room was clean and fragrant, the air conditioner was really cold, just sip dech.

Lokasi yang berada di belakang convention hall dan tidak ada petunjuk menyulitkan tamu, untuk menemukan lokasi ketika tidak ada penjaga di depan, yang menjadi sorotan utama kebersihan tempat tidur dan handuk, seprai ketika selimut dibuka kurang bersih, dan ketika hari ke 2 atau ke 3 tidak diganti setelah meminta penggantian atau perapian kamar baru diganti, handuk juga baru diganti ke yang lebih tebal. Untuk colokan listrik hanya tersedia di depan tempat tidur, posisi jadi 1 dengan colokan tv, jadi kalo mau bekerja harus mencabut salah 1 kabel. Semoga narmada memperbaiki dan memperhatikan kebutuhan tamu pada saat ini.

Posisi di belakang convention hall, tidak ada tanda-tanda yang menunjukan lokasi hotel, penataan interior masih kuno, colokan listrik di samping tempat tidur tidak ada, posisi dekat dengan televisi, kebersihan tempat tidur yang jadi pertimbangan, tidak dibersihkan dengan baik, hanya di tata ulang. Lokasinya yang strategis dekat dengan pusat perkantoran, kalo di upgrade lagi mestinya bisa berkembang dan dapat ulasan yang bagus.
