For that price, it's okay. 2 impressive nights.

1. I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes. After complaining, the room was sprayed with air freshener. 2. The walls and every other part of the room were unkempt. The walls were dirty, there was no bath mat, and the sheets and pillows appeared unwashed. There were no towels when we first checked in. They said they hadn't finished the laundry yet. 3. I was given a small piece of paper with my WhatsApp number and room number written on it. When I called, there was no response at all. 4. The staff refused to help us carry our luggage when we first arrived. 5. The highest-priced room didn't even have a window. When I decided to check out immediately, even though I'd only been there an hour, there seemed to be a group of women in the lobby complaining.

The hotel staff are friendly in providing services, including being trustworthy when we left our belongings because we had checked out.

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms are standard size, but they aren't soundproof, so you can hear outside noise while you're resting.

Strategic location in front of the UNEJ campus. The former luxury of the low-budget hotel still remains, but unfortunately, it has not been well maintained. The remains of the room ceiling are clearly visible.

The hotel is located near the UNEJ and Polije campuses, with easy access to food stalls and convenience stores. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is lacking, particularly the slippery toilet floor and the smell of urine. The blower is broken, the toilet door cannot be closed from the outside, and some room locks are card-operated and others are key-operated. The price is less than commensurate with the facilities provided by hotels of the same price range in major cities in East Java, such as Malang and Batu.

The room is clean and comfortable. The room size is also spacious and not cramped.

First, I was given a lower room, but it was like a room that had never been used. The AC smelled like that. Then I asked to move, I was given an upper room. It was better than the first one, where I was only given 1 towel even though there were 2 people staying, no mat (I had to ask for one but the mat was dirty like a used towel), the room key was sometimes hard to open. The bed was okay but the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was slippery like it had never been brushed. Overall, it was okay for a temporary stay. The good thing is that the environment is in the city center, there are various kinds of snacks on the edge of the hotel so it's easy to find food.

Stayed 3 nights comfortably and continued for another night.

I checked in at 23.00 WIB, thank you to the staff for being ready to receive guests. However, when we entered the room, we were not given towels, then there were lots of water marks and the AC was leaking as shown in the picture, until we had to collect the leaking water in the trash. The bathroom smelled bad before use. It seems like deep cleaning needs to be done. The good things can be improved, the bad things can be fixed again. Thank you and keep up the spirit!

The service was very good, coincidentally when I checked out I left my suitcase behind, I only realized it when I got home, as soon as I called the hotel, my suitcase was immediately secured.

The AC wasn't cold enough in the room I stayed in, because I was sharing a room with 3 people, hehehehe

It is expected to be further improved.
