It's so strange, the room was suddenly opened without knocking first. It was clearly an employee = someone related to the hotel reception. How could it be opened from the outside without knocking first? And then there was a power outage. If they really knew the room was unoccupied, they would have to clean it... All the guest rooms are listed at the reception!

I chose according to what was on Traveloka, if the standard room already has a refrigerator. But in reality, the staff said the standard room does not have a refrigerator. Coincidentally, I got a room that was different from the main building, namely room 152-166. Don't accept if you are given a room number such and such because the wifi doesn't reach, the signal is difficult, it's in a corner, . Even though yesterday the hotel conditions were not crowded but I was given a room in a different building (like an isolation room)

Staying here for a family event is quite close to the street, but the atmosphere and cleanliness could be improved even more, how come it's crowded, the atmosphere is like before Covid.

Access to the room is a bit confusing, but the atmosphere is quite good, the food is decent, transit here is still okay.

The Wi-Fi network is rationed, when I arrived last, the Wi-Fi quota was gone, that's what the receptionist said, ridiculous, 2 days still blank! I complained when I checked out, the receptionist just laughed. Not recommended.

The only downside is that it takes a bit of effort to get a room near the pool and you have to bring your parents with a wheelchair.

Very friendly staff. I left my clothes and the staff kept it until I came again in the next 3 days.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at Regina, the rooms are spacious, clean, the staff are friendly, comfortable, basically the best hotel in Pemalang
