I've always been hesitant to stay at Chandra Inn. And after I tried it, wow it's fun, friendly staff, spacious parking, close to the mall, lots of snacks, there's a welcome drink, spacious clean room, complete room facilities, there's a mini fridge, soft mattress, large smart TV, the only downside is the hotel area is not very clean because there are building renovations, the breakfast menu is really good, varied and delicious even though I give a thumbs up for a 1 star hotel, even a 3 star hotel's breakfast is not as complete as this, here there's chicken porridge, green bean porridge, kolak, uduk rice, fried rice, black pepper chicken and beef, various cakes, bread, fruit, various juices etc. Anyway, I recommend it, thank you Chandra Inn.

The room was cozy, the staff was busy due to late check-in, it was late, and they were tired, but Cindy handled it well. She was friendly, always smiling, and spoke softly and kindly. This is my second time staying here, with a strategic location that's easy to get to everywhere. Next time I go to Lampung, it will be my first choice. Thanks.

- The Wi-Fi is weak, especially on the second floor, and it's almost impossible to access. - There are several cockroaches/small insects in the bathroom on the second floor. - The food in the restaurant, especially snacks like mung bean porridge or pearl porridge, has no flavor at all. - The main menu, regardless of how the chicken is cooked, still has a fishy taste.

The room was quite nice, but unfortunately when I entered the room I was greeted by small cockroaches, I asked for it to be cleaned, but instead bigger cockroaches came out, but in the end I was moved to another room, but the new room wasn't cold, the AC was also leaking, because I was tired I was too lazy to complain. Then when I checked out it turned out that the Aqua that was placed in the room was charged...

Please check the shower in room 116, it is not working (the water is not coming out), when checking in, the amenities are not complete, such as there are no guest slippers.

It's a very comfortable place to rest. It's integrated with the mall and close to everything. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall okay, clean, comfortable, spacious room, strategic location. Stayed here for a 3-hour vacation, but it's a shame the hot water wasn't working huhuhuhu.. it was just lukewarm, especially since it was the rainy season so it was really cold outside. Breakfast was still okay, complete too.

Stayed on August 16, 2025, there was maintenance, the AC was cold, the springbed used the Serta brand, it was comfortable to sleep, the problem yesterday was that the electricity went on and off because there was maintenance, it was still okay, the power went out for only 2-3 seconds. What was a bit fatal was that when I wanted to take a shower, black sand came out because it was being fixed, but in the end it was clear,, waited for about 3-4 hours, finally took the initiative to use a hotel towel as a water filter so that the water would not be dirty, the management also apologized, it's okay, overall it's okay to stay here, it was just that we were unlucky to have maintenance, because there are no unlucky days on the calendar.

The first night the AC leaked, the second night we moved rooms and it turned out the AC was even worse.
