The hotel was nice, and I was able to upgrade from a junior suite to a family suite for an additional 495,000 Rupiah. During our stay, there were numerous events, including a Persagi gathering and a madrasah graduation ceremony, taking place near the pool and restaurant, so we couldn't use the pool, gym, or billiards facilities. The hotel felt like a market, making it uncomfortable for guests. The hotel should build a function room to be more organized and allow guests to enjoy the views more.

This accomodations is perfect for honeymoon or anyone who wants to chill out. All staffs are awesome and also friendly. The place is clean and I highly recommend this place.

Unforgettable experience at anema wellnes & resort Gili Lombok. I really appreciate the excellent service and was impressed by the beautiful view, in my opinion the best view is from the 2nd floor of room 9a, the room is equipped with a bathtub and jacuzzi. Very satisfactory

Access from the main gate to the dark security post, spacious parking lot, all friendly staff, okay rooms and room facilities, bathroom water feels brackish, uncomfortable to rinse your mouth. The corridor in front of the rooms is not clean, the private pool is also not clean. Standard breakfast menu options. Overall satisfied with the service! Thanks.

Dirty room. Dirty pool. The bed was full of fleas as everything (2 adults 1 kids) were all itchy. The bathroom shower turned on, it couldn't be adjusted. Not like a 4 star resort.

The first incident was when checking in, then entering the hotel room, after 30 minutes the door was suddenly opened by a person not wearing a hotel uniform, and within about 10 minutes the door was reopened by a different person, then complained to the receptionist and was informed they are technicians (hello, why they don't know that the room is already occupied) the second incident happened when they wanted to use the comb that was still neatly wrapped in the bathroom, why were there 3 hairs after opening it? Is this a new or used comb? And the last and most terrible incident was at 12 o'clock at night suddenly there was a rat running around in the room. Not recommended hotel.

It's recommended only that the cleanliness is lacking and the facilities are poorly maintained and I understand that because the hotel employees may have little effect from the pandemic & post-earthquake conditions in 2018. Overall recommended to stay away from the crowds.

It's very pleasant and recommended that those who were supposed to stay only one night turned out to be extended.

The hotel is so quiet and the room is really nice with spacious bathroom and jacuzzi in the balcony. The staff also nice and helpful. We are not disappointed to stay 5 nights here.

It was a very nice stay… a lot of outdoor activities for kids, that we can try, kayaking swimming, gym, mini golf, the food was really tasty, friendly and helpful staff.

The atmosphere is just right, perfect for a family vacation. Coincidentally quiet. Everything is good. The service is good, the food is also good. Suitable for children to play at the beach, swimming pool, run in the park. Next time here again.

Menunya sedikit dan kurang memuaskan di lidah, untuk pelayanan service baik, view bagus, kamar tidur lumayan bagus, untuk pengoperasian TV kabel kurang mengerti karena terlalu ribet dan menggunakan proyektor tidak ada TV. Sabun di kamar mandi tidak di cek. Tetapi untuk pemandangan cocok untuk honeymoon karena sepi banget

Book 2 malam karena ada perlu cuma inep 1 malam info mau di upgrade tapi tidak jadi tidak ada kabar padahal pas hari pertama udah info kalau koper saya taro aja langsung di kamar jadi hari kedua saya dateng tinggal istirahat, taunya koper di taro gitu aja di lobby mesti check in ulang makan waktu tidak jadi di upgrade kamar tapi dapat kamar sendiri diatas sepi horor banget, seenggaknya kalau emang tidak jadi di upgrade bilang ini sama sekali tidak ngomong dan tidak minta maaf dijanjiin doang kalopun itu saya juga tidak ada masalah misal upgrade tapi bayar tapi karena sudah terlanjur badmood yaudah terima aja tidur di kamar atas sendiri sepi kamar sebelah kosong semua wifi tidak konek, tidak ada hiburan kecuali infocus. Balik abis keluar kamar buat cari makan ternyata lorong kamar lampu mati minta bantu security baru dinyalain, di kamar tidak ada telepon misal butuh bantuan, buka jendela kamar kebon gelap. Req birthday cake tidak dikasih tidak ada info, AC tidak dingin, buat breakfast juga tidak ada info di hotel laen pas check in dikasih pilihan mau breakfast atau sahur karena pas bulan puasa tapi saya liat tamu laen ada yang dibungkusin nasi kotak :( niatnya menginap di resort buat rayain birthday malah jadi badmood, kecewa banget :( kelebihan mungkin security nya baik, sunrise lumayan bagus tapi buat ukuran resort kurang banget pelayanannya.

Big thx to Mr. Heru has provided excellent service 👍 family private pool villa has a great recommendation, for the junior suite room is not recommended because it is on the 2nd floor (had moved to the middle of the mlm because the air conditioner was not cold, it could be small and not as good as the first kmr), but immediately handled by Mr. Heru even though the middle of the mlm. Dinner with family is memorable because it is on the beach, only for food taste 7/10. Strict protkes and excellent service from all Anema Lombok staff, next time the promo will come back here again, kids love it 🥰😍🤩😘

big thanks to Mr. Heru (GM Anema Resort), who has arranged the best for our family vacation, easy room upgrade process, 24-hour chat is served, request a birthday cake for mama to prepare for New Year's Eve dinner by the beach. The Anema Prokes were extraordinary, starting with body temperature measurements, then we were taken into the sterilization room and enjoyed a very tasty welcome drink and jelly the problem of leaking lgs was responded quickly, so we could move to a better room ... very amazingly cool, we are all satisfied and sometime want to come back to Anema again, success for Anema Resort Lombok👍

Superb, very enjoyable experience. our room was upgraded to a private pool villa. staff & manager very friendly. the pool in the villa is great, so is the pool by the beach. can see the sun rising from the beach. want to dive, snorkel, canoe, etc. there are all here. I hope the service and facilities remain excellent, victorious in the land and air sea 💪
