1. When we first arrived, we didn't have a driver, so we parked ourselves, and it was incredibly difficult to turn. The parking lot is better with an AirEV. It's so narrow to turn, and if you're not careful, you could end up with scratches or even dented parts on the side of the car.
2. The reception staff was pretty decent. The concierge was more concerned with valet service than guest luggage.
3. We requested a non-smoking room, but upon entering, we smelled of cigarettes. On the second day, it rained all day, and when we got home in the evening, we noticed leaks on the wall near the window (attached). It didn't flood, but it was uncomfortable. There was no room service menu. There was very limited soap.
4. Breakfast in the morning was honestly quite surprising, as for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was like a non-star hotel, lacking in variety. There was no egg stand, so you had to ask the staff and go to the kitchen. On the third day, breakfast was almost 9:00 a.m., and the porridge was completely empty and not refilled unless reported. Many of the dishes were empty, and the staff didn't even know they were empty. The breakfast staff were unfriendly and seemed unfamiliar with the products, making it difficult to talk to. The breakfast area is very cramped and the staff is lacking.
The price of around 800,000 Rupiah per night isn't worth it at all. This hotel doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. Many other 4-star hotels are cheaper and much more comfortable.
