The parking lot is too narrow, for larger cars (Fortuner, Pajero) you can't park upstairs.

This is just input..everything is ok..but unfortunately the breakfast room/area is too small + there is little variety of dishes/food.. 🙏

It's a bit pricey, that price doesn't include breakfast. The TV facilities don't have a smart TV yet. The amenities, next time, will be upgraded again, like the 4-star Louis Kienne, don't want to lose like the one next door whose amenities already use a brand😬🙏

The hotel is overall very good. However, those who bring their own vehicles may need to be extra careful because the parking lot is quite narrow and requires extra maneuvering to get in and out.

The road to the parking lot is narrow, breakfast lacks variety

LK's location is very strategic near Simpang Lima. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel seems like half an apartment, so the service is not optimal. The lack of a restaurant (breakfast is only on a small mezzanine), the food is not varied, and the cramped parking lot could be a consideration for returning to LK. Another funny thing is that the elevator from the hotel to the lobby actually goes through the basement first, then up the stairs to the lobby. So there is no direct access to the front lobby. The restaurant, located on the mezzanine, also does not have a toilet or sink, so if you want to wash your hands, you have to take the elevator and queue to go down to the lobby where there is a toilet.

Easy access near Simpang 5 in the morning, you can join CFD, lots of food. Clean rooms, friendly staff, only limited breakfast variety and often runs out, you have to ask the staff.

In my opinion, the parking lot is too narrow and the food is not very varied.

The view from Simpang Lima is okay, the swimming pool is okay, the gym is okay, only the bedroom lights went out yesterday and the wifi is a bit slow.

It's normal for notes that the path from the lobby to the guest lift is less friendly to the disabled.

The advantage… is that it is located in the city center, near food vendors and malls.

The breakfast restaurant was cramped, and it happened to be crowded with guests, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. The rooms weren't soundproof, so voices from the next room could be heard.
