The smell of cigarette smoke in the room is too strong, making it uncomfortable to rest. I'm really tired of sleeping here. It's not comfortable at all.

horror, the sheets weren't clean, I don't know what happened to the toilet, it often made noises by itself like there was an animal in the toilet

During the visit, renovations were underway, to go to the 2nd-3rd floor you had to use the stairs / there was no lift, which would be troublesome for the elderly.
