I booked Suite A. The positives were the price, it was totally worth it (1 room for 5 people for <500,000), close beach access, and decent facilities (AC, Wi-Fi, water heater, and pool). The negatives were that there was only one clear TV channel. The pool was actually okay, but the water really stung my eyes. Overall, I was satisfied. Oh, and the staff were friendly (high ++)...

Very comfortable, cold AC, hot water, fragrant and clean room, clean swimming pool, close to the beach, lots of food around the hotel. The breakfast menu is so-so, the downside is there are only 3 TV channels, and the wifi is slow. But overall good.

It's nice to have a staycation here, the staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, I got extraordinary service. A little note from me, the toilet lid in the bathroom seems to need to be replaced because it is peeling off, it's a shame that the clean and comfortable bathroom looks a little dirty. I got a room on the 3rd floor, it was quite tiring because there was no elevator but otherwise everything was very good. Access to the beach is also not too far. Breakfast is sufficient, although there are not many menu variations but it's okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, when needed this and that they act quickly. But unfortunately the sheets and bed covers are a bit dirty. Maybe they can be replaced with new ones, those that can't be cleaned should be thrown away.
