I would like to express my appreciation for your efforts in serving our guests, but I feel the need to provide an evaluation based on my recent stay. I was quite disappointed because the hotel staff's friendliness was lacking, and their interactions were less than warm and responsive. Furthermore, the room I stayed in smelled unpleasant, the floor looked dirty, and toiletries like soap were missing. This certainly reduced the comfort of my stay and did not meet my expectations. I recommend that management improve hospitality training for staff, tighten room cleanliness standards with a mandatory checklist before guests check-in, and ensure that room amenities are available and in good condition. Furthermore, internal communication between staff also needs to be improved so that any guest complaints can be addressed promptly. I hope this feedback will help Beach Inn Hotel improve its service quality and provide a better guest experience in the future.
