Please stabilize the Wi-Fi so it doesn't keep dropping out. Other than that, everything is great: the room is comfortable and cool, there's no noise, and the food is right in front of the hotel. I'll come back here if I go to Medan.

I like the hotel

It's really great if you book a hotel from the app.

The food is served a la carte directly to the table, the portion of side dishes is small, you can't choose.

The spring bed was brand new but it smelled of urine. I had to ask for a room change, but luckily the staff was friendly and immediately provided another room. The atmosphere was a bit scary for children. The bedside lamps had a classic feel but it gave me goosebumps, imagining them as if they were in a horror movie.

AC (Air Conditioner) Not cold, very disappointed. I also saw that there was a similar experience shared, but it was not noticed by the manager.

Overall great. The only problem is the door access card that repeatedly fails and has to call maintenance and the AC is not that cold. The breakfast choices are also not too diverse, but fortunately the fried chicken seasoning is quite delicious.

The room is big, clean, and tidy. But AC is not in good condition, so need to ask staff to fix it first. Also staff said that the hotel have WIFI and the passcode is guest room number, but none of WIFI can connect to any kind of devices (phone/laptop/tablet) hope hotel can improve this. For breakfast the option is not much, for example, at this price, other hotel simply would have more fruit options, but in this hotel they only serves two fruit: papaya & watermelon. The pastry is 0. Only have white bread and strawberry jam not even chocolate or peanut butter is an option. At least I hope there’s “hot station” to have omelette serves hot or waffle serves hot, but there’s no such thing in here. Overall great ambiance, staff is friendly enough.
