very comfortable for family..

Super bad experience. October 24-25, 2025, with a baby. There was a Lampung tour group playing loud music in the breakfast area early in the morning, around 100 people. They were screaming. Cigarette smoke reached the front of the second-floor rooms. The receptionist just said, "Yes, ma'am, there's an event." So what? We're paying guests. Never again...

The place is comfortable, clean, close to everything and coincidentally close to the training venue at B4T Bandung. Furthermore, it's accessible, so it's easy to find. If you want to hang out, it's also close to tourist attractions, culinary delights, shopping areas, and malls. Overall, I recommend this hotel for those looking for a mid-range hotel (not expensive and not cheap).

The food is also lacking in variety.

The staff's friendliness is very good, starting from security, bellboys, and receptionists.

The food should be served warm, the hotel room spacious and comfortable, the bathroom too, and the staff friendly.

Very comfortable hotel, have stayed here 3 times, yesterday we tried staying in a suite room which was very spacious for us, very good service, friendly staff, delicious food, cleanliness is maintained, the swimming pool is also comfortable for children.

impressive experience the hotel is very homie, very strategic, there are only a few findings that could be improved slowly. I do not mean to bring down or audit, I just want to give a little input on some things that need to be improved a little 1. the water tank is not clean and the cover is broken 2. condition of the AC remote 3. condition of the wall and ceiling 4. condition of the mattress it would be better if it could be repaired and replaced so that it is pleasing to the eyes of the guests who stay. thank you

Got a single bed room on the 2nd floor. Previously on the 1st floor of the main building it felt more modern. The facilities in the room and bathroom felt old. Cleanliness was ok. Sometimes there was a smell coming from the sink and bathroom drain. There was one night when SMK 1 bus students stayed overnight. Their voices from outside the room were very noisy and could be heard clearly into the room until 23.00. In the afternoon there were complimentary drinks in the lobby, it is better to inform when checking in. Strategic location near Rumah Mode and Setiabudi supermarket. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel parking lot which is highly recommended, the taste is good and the price is not expensive.

For the comfort of the hotel is OK, only the bathroom has no mat & for the swimming pool there is no for toddlers. Overall ok. Recommended for the hotel if you want to vacation in Bandung.

I feel the additional features in this hotel are the most memorable for me, there is a paid massage chair, and the most special thing is when I checked out in the morning my car had been washed. The staff is also on set if we request something. The service is the best. The room is comfortable and the location is quiet for resting.

Satisfied staying at Sany Rosa, it's really worth it for that price.
