The bathroom is also not clean, the bed that should be king size is given 2 small beds pushed together, the minibar is not cold, the availability of sleepers is not given unless requested by the guest themselves, toiletries are also incomplete, in essence, not satisfied with the hotel facilities that are said to be 4 stars, but are not commensurate with other 4 star hotels.

The room when registering in the app is available deluxe king size single bed, in reality the small size bed is combined into one, the bathroom area is not clean, the bed cover and pillowcases are not clean, the laundry still has many stains, and the position of the bed sheet can not be neatly clean, instead it looks like the bed sheet is used instead of newly replaced. Overall it's really good, the lobby is on the 8th floor, and the room is also very good, the TV is not a smart TV, but the TV channels are very many, so you won't get bored, mineral water is provided in the room, there are snacks too but there is a fee, the food is delicious, the surrounding situation is comfortable and the air circulation is good, the staff from the office are friendly, it's just that when I passed a room that was being cleaned by HK staff, I was cat-called with a little shouting, FYI in the room there were 3 HK staff who were cleaning the room, (not comfortable with this), but overall it was very satisfying, for those who want to find a place to stay in Semarang, I highly recommend staying here. Some say it's scary, but during my stay here there were no incidents at all, the atmosphere was not scary, in fact it was very calm.

The room I stayed in was dirty not too clean, there was leftover food and snacks on the carpet, and the air conditioner wasn’t cool like I expected.

Amenity kits and bath soap were incomplete when guests checked in. Housekeeping needs to double check.

I've stayed at the MG Setos Hotel several times. I love the spacious rooms and the wide variety of breakfast options. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries around the hotel, so finding something to eat is easy. The hotel parking lot is spacious, and the staff are very friendly.

This was my 2nd time staying at this Hotel. This hotel has potential, room was comfy with carpet and large bathroom, need to improve for hotel facility, like children playground cleanliness and also semi outdoor cafe cleanliness. Thank You
