Good hotel and reliable price and good service

When I wanted to check in, it was already late and I was tired from work, but the receptionist was still friendly and said, "Please, sir, in room so-and-so on the 2nd floor after the stairs to the left, I have prepared the room." Great, right? The friendliness... pretty cool for the service.

Finished the meeting at the hotel at 11:30 PM, the hotel staff were still serving me in a friendly manner, this is really cool... went into the room and immediately lay down to rest

I've been a regular here whenever I come back to Cianjur. My previous room was just a bit lacking, with lots of ants. But yesterday I got room 9, near the reception, which was much more organized and tidy. The Wi-Fi was also faster than before. I'm really satisfied.

The hotel staff was friendly, even though check-in was late at night because they were caught up in work that only finished in the early hours of the morning, the service was excellent.

This is a strategic hotel, across from Alfamart there is Nean Coffee, the mosque is close, there are also many culinary choices around the hotel, basically it's okay, the room prices are also pocket-friendly

I happened to just stop by to sleep, because I wanted to go to Bandung late on the road, finally found this hotel on traveloka, it turned out to be a strategic location, comfortable atmosphere when I opened the window turned out to be a rice field and mountain view, it was really an interesting experience sleeping in a hotel, the AC was cold, the weather forecaster worked, the staff was friendly. only the toilet was a bit broken and the blanket was a bit dirty, but everything was okay, for the food I happened not to order breakfast, the main thing is to improve it again, surely consumers will come back here if they know this hotel is comfortable

minus: AC is not cold enough, minimal maintenance, thin pillows, dusty rooms are not well maintained, worn furniture, lots of ants on the floor, no sink, no coffee or tea in the room which is a standard hotel facility plus: android TV okay so there is entertainment, room view of green rice fields and mountains. note: hopefully in the future there will be improvements in terms of facilities and services

With that price, it is enough to rest when visiting children at the Islamic boarding school near the hotel. Clean room, cold AC, new extra bed, clean KM, The hot water is not warm enough. There is an Alfamart across the street. Hopefully the hotel can always maintain this image as a family hotel with affordable prices.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet even though it is on the main road, the rooms are spacious, the hot water works, there is a dispenser in the hallway to refill drinking water, the location is close to the city center, the AC is cold, the hotel staff is friendly. What needs to be improved: 1. Please improve the wifi capacity. I stayed overnight on the ground floor but the wifi signal was not strong enough. 2. Please provide some kind of restaurant/mini cafeteria service to buy food if you are too lazy to go out of the hotel. I happened to stay during the Eid holiday and there were no food vendors around the hotel. There is a mini market but you have to cross the street. Overall OK to stay here.
